Weapons Charges
Sam has over a decade of experience dealing with weapons charges against individuals, both on the felony and misdemeanor level. Concealed dirk or dagger charges can include a fixed blade knife in a sheath worn openly on your belt but if your shirt or coat accidently covers it the district attorney can charge you with a felony.
